During our 5+ years of building software at Ravti, we’ve learned that one of our greatest strengths is our ability to gather data.
Whether inventorying & augmenting HVAC data, gathering proof of tenant HVAC compliance, or getting robust information about the outcomes of work performed through Ravti, we have a system for doing it well.
While we’ve excelled at gathering data & getting work done, Ravti has been lackluster when it comes to allowing you to gather insights from the wealth of data that we have. While data exports or downloadable pdfs were available in-app or upon request, this is insufficient for the chaotic pace of commercial real estate, which demands quick decisions about how to best run your business.
Today, we’re proud (and excited) to announce the launch of our in-app analytics offering.
And we’re starting it all with our Compliance Analytics dashboard.
- Designed for quick insight. The Compliance Analytics dashboard allows you to dig into tenant HVAC compliance at your organization for any quarter of your choosing, while also providing insight into compliance trends over time.
- We know that being able to quickly take action matters. You’ll be able to quickly see your best & worst performing facilities, what percentage of your compliances are going undelivered due to invalid emails, and any tenants who are habitually non-compliant.
- Sometimes you like to dig into the data yourself. The data for every graph is exportable, and the dashboard comes with a downloadable table with source data for the selected quarter.
