One of the most popular mindfulness and meditation apps out there with celebrity fans in Emma Watson and Gwyneth Paltrow, Headspace has a former Buddhist monk behind its development. it is a brilliant introduction to mindfulness techniques and more. It is packed with 10-minute guided meditation sessions made for beginners and you can track your progress as you go.

Happify asks you how happy you are and how you want to improve on that level of happiness.
