Are you looking for what we’re looking for? The perfect place to eat a sandwich in North America? Finally, I am here to share with you the highly anticipated peanut butter picnic spots that you have to eat a sandwich at or else is anything really worth it?

  1. Jasper National Park

Lake, husbands, pointy mountains. This locale deserves turkey and a windbreaker.

2. BANFF National Park

Moraine Lake. There are many incredible things to do here but hands down the most satisfying activity is eating a sandwich. Don’t be afraid of using oddly shaped bread at this site. It will only work in your favor.

3. Tillamook Cheese Factory

This place is literally a dream come true. Free cheese samples, an ice cream bar, cheese-themed home accessories… not to mention made to order grilled cheese sandwiches. To most of us academics, grilled cheese sandwiches are the highest tier of sandwiches available. Don’t miss this place on your sandwich tour of North America.

4. The Redwood National Forest

So in awe and belittled by the giant redwoods around me, I couldn’t manage to get a non blurry photo of my sandwich. Things to note: your sandwich will naturally appear smooshed in this forest because of the imposing size of the trees. Don’t feel bad. We all feel smooshed in comparison.

5. The Grand Canyon

To begin with- eat the sandwich on the rim. Make sure you scratch it with a fork so you don’t confuse it with your husband’s sandwich. Make the sandwich as delicious as you can, but even in a sandwich stupor- the grand canyon will be the most grand aspect of this eating experience.

6. The Grand Canyon, again

Day 2: Eat below the rim. Yes. You heard me right. Wear proper footwear and make sure you can see the Colorado river as a tiny thin little line in comparison to your mighty sandwich.

7. Zion National Park

The Narrows sandwich. Put it in a waterproof baggie and stay in the sun to remain non-hypothermic. Look in awe at the cliff walls and the hoards of people walking with you. It’s very important that you don’t let them steal your sandwich. They look hungry. Don’t let them fool you. They should have brought their own sandwich.

8. Zion National Park, again

Angel’s Landing Sandwich. So you’re up here. Which means you held on to the chains and didn’t fall to your death in front of a family, which would have likely ruined their vacation. Celebrate! Eat a sandwich! Is it squished? Good. That means it cushioned your nearly fatal fall. Therefore eat it tenderly, as a thank you, and remember to tread lightly on your way down.

9. Bryce National Canyon

Your final sandwich under my guidance. One word of advice: Maybe calm down and wait ten minutes to eat your sandwich and you’ll have an even better view once you are out of the canyon. What’s that? You got too hungry and ate it and messed up this whole photo project because you have no self control? I don’t feel sorry for you. You’re a professional. You should have known. And also you’re fired.
