I Am Happy & Productive Eating The Same Thing Every Day, And This Is Why You Should Too

Just like any other lunchtime, I walk back to my desk with my food in hand, freshly heated from the pantry’s microwave.

“Wow, that smells amazing!” my colleague said. “What was that you are having today?”

I looked down into my box, not really registering what food I was having at first. Then I said, “it’s turkey breast with homemade mushroom sauce, and a recipe of green beans. Only 17g of carbs!”
