Predictive rule-engine classification model to predict any merchant query turning into an escalation with an accuracy of `70% by capturing 20% of the ticket

B2B Customer Segmentation:

Unsupervised learning based exercise to derive merchant persona through analysis of 100+ attributes across demographics, transaction behavior, fraud, product usage

Lead Scoring models:

Predictive framework to identify leads most likely to convert into customers. Prioritization is designed as a combination of sales resource usage for manual intervention and merchant’s probability of conversion
