How we got here

Learn As You Work

Razroo was initially founded in 2018 to be a Learn as a Work company. At that point, AI was in it’s infancy and the goal was to make all work easily accessible. At least the initial use case of software so anyone can join + get up to speed from any background.

While this goal could have changed lives if we executed it, we found that many CTOs were not interested in software that would only last 2–6 months for their Junior Engineers. While beneficial the headache to try was too much.

So, we decided to take the idea of Learn As You Work and apply to it a more general use case. Enter the Software Architect As An Application

Software Architect As An Application

We then moved on to evolving the idea of Learn As You Work into a general use case. Let’s create a tool that works on behalf of a team. Well, if Learn As You Work, has the ability to guide a Junior Engineer in real time, what would something that can guide an entire software team be? That’s a Software Architect! So, we now offer a Software Architect As An Application.

This most notably translated to our recommendations engine allowing any team to plug and play their application into Razroo and Razroo will guide you to the end result.

The old What’s Next Button for the Recommendations Engine

This idea still has plenty of merit and if we had more capital this part of our application would be used by teams everywhere. We have people using it, but it is a tremendous grind to get it off the ground because the only utility of our information is for this recommendations engine, and for code generation.

So, it prompted us as a team to think about, how can we create a larger, more integrated product, that can take a central piece of information and make it so impactful that it has plenty of utility. Enter the Human Collective Intelligence.

Human Collective Intelligence

  1. Create a reward system to incentivize people to contribute.
  2. Create a rating system so only perfect material makes it’s way through
  3. Offer a linear delivery system with documentation so information can be easily consumed
  4. Integrate with all tools, so the delivery system is seamless

To put it more succinctly, “To enhance the human experience, by allowing collective human intelligences to be created by all and accessible to all”

This is now our mission which ironically was our initial mission statement before we stuck with Learn As You Work. We have been trying at this idea for close to 5 years now and are confident it exists. A Human Collective Intelligence is a real tangible intelligence that will exist alongside AI + AGI(and soon new tiers of intelligence e.g. Swarm Intelligence). Ironically, this mission statement is now enabled by AI which I will talk about more soon. However, first the benefits.

The Benefits of Human Collective Intelligence(HCI) In Post AGI World

Pre-Emptive + Entire Jobs

An AGI system will have to assume on behalf of a human what it wants to do. In a system that has 30–50 jobs to complete, a pre-completed task will still be more efficient. In this sense, a HCI(Human Collective Intelligence) will always be more efficient. When you think about, how many of the jobs in our world are like this? I would argue upwards of 80%. So an HCI system is very important.

100% Quality AKA Operate Autonomously

In any mission-critical system, such as deployments, code generation, audits etc. the system needs to be perfect. If it’s at 99% I can’t trust the system entirely, and I need some sort of human input. In an HCI environment, I can 100% expect it to work as expected.

Low Cost — HCI x AGI Symbiotic Relationship

HCI uses existing cloud infrastructure to accomplish the task at hand. That means if an AGI/AI can do something versus an HCI system, people will choose the HCI system every time. We look forward to a point in time, in which there is a symbiotic relationship between AGI and HCI systems. If HCI can’t handle something, it hands it to off to an AGI system. That task then gets fed back to the HCI system to perfect, and then feedback to AGI companies/systems to further train.

Data Training — Mechanism To Produce Data At Scale

An HCI system enables data to be produced at scale. We see our HCI(Human Collective Intelligence) system to be a high-value partner for many AI/AGI companies. The data we have will always be up to date, perfect, and used for pristine data. We believe it to be our mission to allow this data to be accessible by all, and it will be. We look forward to working with our AI partners so they can continue to access our data for better AI/AGI systems.

This includes not only data itself but a visible window into how humans think.

HCI is only enabled by AI and Soon AGI

This is a very important point. HCI is only enabled by AI. The amount of time it takes humans to create is limited by 70–80% by AI systems. It allows us to create about 60–70% there and then complete the rest. In addition, for our delivery mechanisms, HCI itself uses it’s own natural language processing system for delivery. I would like to re-iterate once again, “The relationship between AGI and HCI will be symbiotic”. They can not exist without each other. For instance, HCI can be part of the answer for AGI alignment.

What Type of Products does an HCI Company Produce (Beyond Data)?

This is a great question for us to answer to give visibility into what we do. Emphasis on our products is perfect, predictable data + actions at scale. While we do not want to share everything yet, there is a unique class of products that are only available with our data. For instance, our code recommendations engine and direct code generation to production. We have many more classes of products we plan on sharing beyond this, and it will have a profound impact on society.

Onwards — You are encouraged to contribute

So, this is our contribution to society. We have proven how a system like this will need to exists in a post-AGI world and its value. You are encouraged to contribute and we will continue to roll out incentives to contribute that are 2–3 levels higher than your average marketplace. Talk soon.

All and Only the Best,
