Windfall Architecture — Introduction (Part 1 / 5). Of Interactive Open Source.

Windfall Architecture is an up and coming architecture for the trans-compilation of one framework to another in the same programming language. For instance, compiling Angular to React, or Express to Hapi.js.

I’ve been think about Open Source a lot lately. I’m sure there are plenty of people who think about it more. Actually, I would really, really like to meet that person! One idea that I really like is the idea of an interactive Open Source project. The idea is that users get to give input what goes into a particular framework. The language, the architecture, priorities, direction, before a single line of code is written.

I believe the proper forum for this would be reddit. That being said, next part of this series which will be released in 1–2 weeks, is a simple yet complex question. Is there a need for a trans-compiler for frameworks within certain languages and the benefit of such a trans-compiler.
