Uniswap stands as the preferred decentralized exchange with the highest 24 hours volume with 1.35 billion USD, 63% market share, and 5.85 billion USD of total value locked (TVL). Along with that, Uniswap’s third version brings more flexibility and capital efficiency. Providing liquidity in this new version allows users to leverage all the potential of new features.
The most significant of the features is Concentrated Liquidity that gives individual Liquidity Providers (LPs) granular control over what price ranges their capital is allocated to, given that the majority of the trades usually occur in a specific range. This increases their financial efficiency and decreases slippage while putting far less of it at risk. Also, they can choose multiple fee tiers from 0.05%, 0.30%, to 1.00% according to the tokens’ risk.
