Multi-chain Adoption with BSC
During this month, the work was highly focused to finish and launch the RCN expansion to the multi-chain ecosystem, having as a first approach the integration with Binance Smart Chain. This adoption solves the main difficulties related to costs and transaction speed, by enabling a simple switch between the Ethereum Network and BSC. At the same time, it improves the project’s scalability and inter blockchain operability. Unlocking the access to the Credit Marketplace to everyone, becoming more inclusive and open.
Binance Smart Chain was chosen mainly for its high compatibility with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) which facilitated the integration process. Other factors taken into account were lower costs, fast transactions, significant activity leverage by their community and the projects developed there, along with its inter blockchain operability that opens the door of other holders communities to participate in the Credit Marketplace, such as BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, among others, which can be easy transfer by using the Binance Bridge.
The next solution to integrate will be Polygon, but in the meanwhile, there’s a lot of possibilities to explore in the Binance Smart Chain.
