Say hi to a new RCN Monthly Recap!
Say hi to a new RCN Monthly Recap!

May’s over! Last month saw a New Dashboard in the Credit Marketplace and steady advances in Polygon integration. Here are the latest news!

New Dashboard

During this month a new dashboard on the Credit Marketplace was released, providing with all the necessary tools that users need to manage their borrowed and lent loans in the same place. The new dashboard replaced the previous “My Loans” section. With the improvements made users are able to see in a glimpse their loans’ status, repayment progress, instalments and more. Having the possibility to trigged actions right there such as loan repayment and collateral adjustment.

The new dashboard brings together borrowed and lent loans in a smoother look and feel.

The aim of the new dashboard is to improve user experience, offering a smoother overall look and feel of users’ loans without losing the most important information. You can see all the details about the New Dashboard on this piece!

Polygon Integration

This month RCN worked on the Polygon integration for bringing to mainnet as soon as possible. Following the strategy outlined in the announcement of Multichain adoption and accomplishing one of the milestones of the Roadmap. Now RCN expands to this scalability solution that has been showing significant activity and liquidity concentration. The goal is to become more inclusive, open, and blockchain agnostic where everyone can borrow, lend and manage their loans in The Credit Marketplace within a reliable ecosystem that also offers lowers costs and speedy transactions.

RCN will keep supporting Ethereum Network as well as its thriving ecosystem. However, it’s likely that Ethereum becomes in a global settlement layer or at least until Eth2 becomes a reality. In the meanwhile, gas fees will remain high and their transactions slow. Affecting those users who handle small transactions or even new ones who want to use any decentralized application (dapp) on the network. Those problems are what exactly Polygon solves. Providing better synergies through their connections with Ethereum-compatible blockchains networks, offering more than a simple scalability solution, thanks to their versatility of being a framework and a protocol.

Never miss one of RCN’s updates!
