We are always looking for ways to improve the user experience at RCRDSHP. The previous functionality of RCRDSHP In-store Credit codes is being retired and replaced by the Account Balance purchasing feature that lets users purchase items directly with their account balance. This Account Balance feature is already live and we are planning to retire all In-store Credit codes on Monday, January 17th 2022.
If you have any open In-store Credit codes, the balance of the codes will be added to your account balance when the open codes are retired. We’re also working to enable users to pre-pay to their account balance with credit card or crypto. Stay tuned for updates on these new features as well.
