re_cloud leaves public beta

Now available for purchase with a 30-day trial period

As of the 1st of March, re_cloud has officially left the testing phase, as we launched a paid version with a 30-day trial yesterday. You can now purchase the subscription via the admin panel in our interface.

The main features of re_cloud in its current shape include:

• Hosting HTML metadata artifacts (dbt docs, re_data OS, Great Expectations, pandas_profiling, Jupyter Notebooks)
• A-click-away version history of the artifacts, so that you can super easily see what changed in your data in the last days
• Slack notifications
• Shared team workspace

re_cloud is available for a very affordable price of 100 USD per month. That’s a flat fee, no extra charge for anything else.

There are a bunch of features we have either started working on or have in the conceptual phase, they include:

In progress:

• Comments and tagging within the artifacts; related notifications
• Permission control and multiple project view
• Main dashboard overhaul to pull vital information from the artifacts to the main view; insights related to these pieces of information, like changes over time, etc.

Conceptual:

• GPT-generated data model documentation
• Insights and recommendations based on the information pulled from artifacts
• Cost analysis for running data pipelines
