Then There Was One

We have shrunk from three different ideas down to one, and in doing so joined forces to create one collective group. Together we will be developing a business for a shower head that gives you cues as to when you are using too much water in the shower. While we are all on the same team, we have designated roles for the group. Half of the team will be on the product and development side while the other will be reserved for marketing and web. Although both sides will be focusing on different tasks, it is important to communicate between these teams in order to create a symbiotic relationship which allows a business to flow well. If one team has a slightly different view of how the product should work or how the business should run, the result will be confusing to customers in the future. We have six more weeks before the end result will reveal itself so stay tuned to hear more about our process.
