5 Drinks To Help You Lose Weight
Weight loss is a common problem now-a-days and with exercise your diet plays an efficient role in loosing pounds. If you are tired of skipping meals and dieting or with those extra hours of stretching we have some detox drinks which will help you loosen up those extra pounds. You just need to drink them instead of water twice a day.
1] Apple And Cinnamon Detox Water
Put 2 sticks of cinnamon, 1 apple and water in a normal size of jar or bottle of 500 ml. Apples contains pectin and it will remove the heavy metals from your body, while cinnamon will stabilize blood sugar and water will naturally flush out toxins from your body.
2] Pineapple Sugarcane Water
This will require 2 sticks of sugarcane, 5 pineapple chunks and 2 litres of water. This needs to be consumed immediately since it will get tangy with time. Pineapple sugarcane drink is an easy drink to make and a good source of hydration. Consider this as an elixir in which every drop has it’s own charm.
3] Strawberry, Lime, Cucumber and Mint Water
To detoxify your whole body, this rich combination is the perfect recipe. If you like sweet taste, strawberry will rock your tongue and flush out the toxins, while lime will clear your intestine, cucumber will manage hydration and mint will keep the digestive organs calm. Mix 1 lime, 1 cucumber , some leaf of mint and handful of strawberry into 2 litres of water.
4] Watermelon and Mint Detox Water
No hard work is required to make this drink, and everyone should try this drink at least once. It will give you a relaxing spa experience and it will also quell an upset tummy. Moms can always give this to kids and it will give a refreshing taste and every glass will be unique. 1/2 watermelon and handful of mint in 2 litres of water will do.
5] Detox Cucumber Water
This beverage is a classic for spa’s but it can be enjoyed anywhere.10 mint leaves,1 wedged lemon and 1 sliced cucumber in 2 litres again. You can store this overnight and drink the next day. Cucumber contains the rehydrating properties and fusion of mint will add an artificial sweetness in the drink.
