Everybody deserves a chance to learn, network with other experienced and upcoming developers so that they can find their own path in this crazy world of technology.
We at React India believe that nobody should be held back because of their economic or cultural background. Hence, we are providing free tickets to through the React India Scholarship Program!
The program was created to support developers who belong to any kind of underrepresented groups and provide them with proper means to attend our conferences and learn all the hot and trending things that are happening in React, React Native, GraphQL, and more!
One of major goals of this conference is to create a diverse learning and networking environment. And we are doing this not just by bringing in speakers from all over the world, but also by opening our doors to people who are either socially or economically limited and cannot attend this amazing Beachside Tech Conference!

This scholarship program is entirely possible because of our sponsors and partners. There support to this first-of-its-kind tech conference in India has helped us a lot and helped turn the idea of India’s first international tech conference into reality.
We want to make sure that this scholarship program helps everyone. But we are held back by the limited number of tickets and hence have to make sure that the tickets go where they can do the most amount of good.
This is why we have Women Who Code helping us selecting the best candidates for this program.
We are implementing a rigorous process to decide who to provide the scholarship to. The application is open till May 31 and the results will be declared by the end of July. So if you haven’t registered already, now is your chance!

What can you do as a person?
You as an individual can also support this scholarship program. When you are about to buy a ticket to React India, select the “diversity supporter ticket” option. This ticket will give you full access to the entire event (Workshop + Conference) and also help a fellow developer attend React India 2019 by paying 50% of their ticket fee!
