We turned 3! Plus VC funding, new releases, and more.

Welcome to HQ!

This month at Reaction was as action-packed as Party City the night before Halloween. We celebrated our 3-year anniversary, officially announced our Series Seed funding, and rolled out v0.17.0, which featured some major updates to our product pages. Here’s the full lowdown:

v0.17.0: New Product Pages

It’s all in the details. In v0.17.0, we converted all of our product pages from Blaze to React, which will result in faster load times, more flexibility, and better support. We also debuted revision control, a brand new dashboard feature that gives merchants more control when publishing products.

For a full list of updates from v0.17.0, check out our release notes. Big thanks to our community for this month’s contributions. We couldn’t have done it without you!

3 Years and Counting

On October 3rd, Reaction officially left its toddler years. To mark the occasion, cofounder Sara Hicks took a walk down memory lane to celebrate some of our key milestones. Here’s to Year 4 and beyond!

We’re Venture-Backed!

The cat’s out of the bag! We’re proud to announce that we’ve secured $2.7 million in Seed Series funding from our VC partners at CrossCut Ventures, Double M Partners, and more! To learn more, check out the full press release.

Our Manifesto

In order to build something that matters, we must first define what we stand for, and how that’s reflected in our day-to-day. Check out our revamped Team Manifesto, which sheds some light into the type of company we’re striving to become.
