Mindtree, Conversible Tie Up to Transform Customer Conversations

Digital transformation company, Mindtree, has announced a partnership with Conversible, the message conversation platform, that will enable vendors to provide improved customer service and open better paths for e-commerce, creating on-demand customer conversations via an automated chatbot technology. The automated enterprise chatbot solution allows customers to receive faster response from brands and more relevant contextual conversations. Customers can now simply drop a message to a company asking for quick resolution with no wait times at contact centers.

The new partnership will leverage Mindtree’s digital consulting and data integration capabilities with Conversible’s advanced chatbot enterprise platform to offer on-demand, automated response flows through one-to-one conversations in any messaging channel.

Conversible’s SaaS-based platform, helps users recreate user experience and brand management through messaging. It became the first ever social enterprise solution by creating intelligent on-demand customer response flows using its the easy-to-go interface. Conversible allows even faster deployment of conversational experiences through the messaging platforms and voice enabled applications which are relevant to the brand’s customers, including the likes of Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Amazon, Echo, Slack, and Kik.

A lot of enterprise automated response solutions can be unresponsive or lead to error prone interactions. Conversible now wants to put in efforts to use Mindtree’s in-depth digital know-how and domain expertise to standardize back-end system integration through Mindtree’s development and implementation of cost-effective application programming interface (API) strategies.

“Without an integrated back-end, enterprise chatbots are just basic bots which won’t meet customers’ expectations or drive meaningful business impact to a brand. Mindtree and Conversible align perfectly on this point of view, which makes this great partnership,” said Ben Lamm, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Conversible. “Together, we will empower brands to reach their full potential and better understand their customers through conversational engagement.”
