I am not AI, I am a human writer
Recently, I was hired to write the text for a children’s book titled ‘Bedtime Toy Party’ to suit ages two to four years.
“Hello John, I’d like to reach out to you about a potential project, but before placing an order, I wanted to share the concept with you and get your approval. The idea is a rhyming alphabet book designed for children aged 2 to 4.
The theme of the book is a bedtime toy party with a child. Each page will feature a short rhyme covering either two or three letters of the alphabet.
The book will be personalized — meaning I’ll be customizing the child’s name for each customer. The overall tone should be neutral enough to appeal to a wide audience, yet fun, absurd, humorous, and educational at the same time.”
There were other, more specific details to the brief, such as mentioning a little train taking the toys to the party, and that one toy had to dress up in a piece of clothing belonging to a member of the child’s family.
The Bedtime Toy Party
The bedroom was quiet, the lights were low.
(Name) whispered, “It’s time for a show!
This bedtime toy party will be such fun.
The little train’s leaving, climb aboard, everyone.”
