Ever tried handling a sleep-deprived child? Yikes. I wouldn’t wish it even on someone who double dips their chips at a party.

Seriously, kids without enough sleep could give the most over-the-top soap opera characters a run for their money.

But let’s flip scenarios — What are YOU like with too little sleep?

Ever wonder if you might be the star of your own dramatic reality show when you’re low on zzz’s?

What would your friends and family say about your under-rested antics?

Our Relationship with Sleep

Our love-hate relationship with sleep starts off pretty early in life.

As kids, bedtime is more like a court-ordered curfew set by our parents. They’ve witnessed the tiny terror we transform into on too little sleep. So, it’s lights out by 8 PM — or face the wrath of cranky toddler justice.

As we get older, staying up late becomes a badge of independence.

“Bedtime? Please, I’m not a baby.” — Me at 13, blissfully unaware of my severe wisdom deficiency.
