Busyness is a common state of life for most people in modern society.
My other story about busyness is from a different perspective. Feel free to read.👇
Are you also caught up in the whirlwind of work?
Unfortunately, along with the physical busyness comes mental anxiety and impatience.
If you don’t leave some leisure for your mind amidst the hustle, it becomes even more challenging to navigate social interactions with ease and grace.
Many people today work blindly for fame and fortune, using it to fill their lives.
They believe the prestige and status that work brings are their goals. (No, we shouldn’t think that way.)
The meaning of life is not only about working hard and striving to earn money but also about pursuing true joy and richness in the heart. Feel free to read.👇
However, the pressures that come with work are constantly eroding their inner peace, causing anxiety and, over time, leading to a state of inexplicable panic where one cannot think clearly.
At this point, only by calming down can one change this mindset.
Learn to treat work as a joyful experience, not just a tool for making money and gaining status.
This way, you won’t turn your life into a purgatory.
Here is my story that might resonate with you
I used to be a workaholic, working late every day and spending my weekends also on work, neglecting my family, just to earn a bit more salary and gain others’ recognition.
The long-term stress also caused my health issues.
It was then that I realized that my hard work had led to a long-term struggle with illness.
Work can be found again, but once health is lost, it can never be regained.
I must make a change.
Then I started to leave work on time every day, choosing to chat with my family instead of being accompanied by work.
On weekends, I would go to the park with my family to enjoy nature or take a short trip.
Surprisingly, I found that I was less anxious, and my work performance was even better than before.
Why such a significant change?
I have summarized two points:
embracing nature and a change in mindset.
Embracing Nature
By placing your heart in the vastness of the world, you can appreciate your own insignificance and the vastness of the universe.
Compared to human society, the great nature that embraces all things can more easily soothe the body and mind.
Nature can open up the human soul and cultivate sentiment.
When we walk into the embrace of nature, bask in the spring breeze and sunlight, and take in the vastness and magnificence of the mountains and rivers, we will understand that the troubles that have long plagued us are all due to a heart that has strayed from nature.
When we are in nature, we can personally feel the greatness of nature, the harmony of all things, and thus grasp the composure and freedom in the tranquility and serenity of nature.

A change in mindset
Although a busy life can be physically and mentally exhausting, it can also be full of joy and pleasure.
The key is whether you can slow down the pace of your heart, allowing it to catch its breath.
Just like climbing a mountain, if you only focus on reaching the summit, you may become exhausted.
However, if you can calm down and appreciate the pleasing scenery along the way, it will be a different experience, a life that is busy but not chaotic.
Exercise is a magical remedy for eliminating worries. Feel free to read. 👇
Wrapping things up
The human heart is both a vast sky that can contain everything in the world and a tranquil lake surface that occasionally ripples.
Even though the world’s troubles are hard to calm, the wise in life can always appreciate the flowers blooming and withering in front of the courtyard, watching the clouds in the world light and gentle.
Are you also experiencing this kind of suffering, overwhelmed by the pressure of busy work?
Then please step out, feel the vastness of nature, and you will find that the things you are facing now are not so terrible.
Treat them with a calm heart, and you will live more freely.
