If you have been on the dating scene for a while, you know firsthand that finding a diamond in the rough is not easy. And if you are lucky enough to find a great guy and start a relationship with him, you might worry that he’s going to be a short-timer in your life.
What’s a woman to do?
All of the conventional advice to get and keep a man doesn’t usually work in real life. Advice such as telling him how much you love and care about him, texting him and keeping in contact 24/7, spending lots of time together, and cooking him meals, among others, only works in the short term. In the long term, it usually has the opposite effect and sends him running in the other direction.
Therefore, based on my own quest to find and keep a great guy, here are a couple of things I’ve learned along the way.
