It’s okay to love someone and still not want them.

It’s okay to walk away knowing a part of your heart will forever miss them.

Maybe it was in those moments that made your heart beat with no mercy, maybe it was in those moments when your emptiness was filled up because their love felt like a warm blanket.

Maybe it was in the way they saw your heart when no else did, maybe it as their love that shone from beneath your broken bones.

Maybe it was all you ever needed. To be seen, to be heard and to be felt.

And it’s okay if that love never grew into something magical you ever wanted. Maybe they were never meant to stay, may their love just felt right in that moment but was never complete.

But believe me after a while, the hurt hurts less because it’s not in the hurt, the pain lingers but rather in the memories that made you feel complete.

You’ll eventually grow into a person knowing that you can never make someone love you just the way you did.

With time, you’ll find a way to stop hiding your heart and that someone will eventually look at you like a star in the day time.

And in that moment alone, you’ll know you’ll be okay, knowing that it’s okay to love someone and walk away, knowing that eventually your love will be heard.

Only this time, it’s here to stay.

Hey there, thanks for reading!

I’ll see you soon :)
