What is time? Why did humans invent it for clarity, putting our lives in chronological order if now we’re questioning and confused about it?

Even Earth itself. Every full moon I go outside for a moon bath. Before I knew where the moon would be, but now I have to look for it, every time (yes, I do know the moon changes the Zodiac Sign every two days, the thing is that that was always like that), even if I am looking for it in two days in a row.
