Unspoken rules
Broken without cause,
Not knowing boundaries,
Misunderstanding occurs.

Mind reading a feat,
No one has learned
Actions speak louder
Than words.

Often we assume others know what we want but they cannot read our minds. This lets misunderstandings come into play.
