Any time you do something good, would you prefer it to keep it to you? Or Do you want it to be in front of others?

Some people take it as—they do good and throw it into the sea, which means kindness should be done anonymously.

Meanwhile, doing good publicly can inspire others.

Both sides make sense in their own way, but which one makes the better place for us?

There is nothing wrong with doing something great and throwing it off. Suggesting — you help someone without expecting anything in return. because You felt the need to do it. So you did.

In other words
True kindness means seeking no validation.
You do well in secret, which hides the pride element.
