Does Having More Followers on Medium Mean More Earnings?
Are my 5000(Approx) Followers helping me in anyway in this Monetary decline on the Platfrom.
My Medium followers portray a very different personality of mine. Just imagine being an introvert and having 4,500 followers — quite a paradox, right?
Of course, it’s an achievement, but as I start to process this number in my head in terms of actual people, it feels like jumping from a helicopter midway through the flight.
That said, I am utterly grateful for the incredible response and support I’ve received on this platform. It’s an honor and a privilege to have so many people support me individually. But in this post, I want to discuss something different —
Does having more followers mean anything monetarily on Medium?
The answer? It’s complicated. It’s both yes and no at the same time.
More Followers = More Earnings? Not Always.
It’s a common belief that more followers automatically lead to more earnings. And to some extent, that’s true. The more people who follow you, the more likely they are to read and engage with your content, which increases your chances of making money.
