We lose sight of the fact that everything is happening according to plan… As you breathe deeply; you remind yourself that life moves in a unique manner.
What use is it to take a deep breath?
- We all need to breathe; However, we don’t always realise it… “A deep breath can return you to the present moment. It calms mind, reduces stress,& changes your perspective.”
- Take a moment to pause. If, you feel trapped or stressed. Hold, your breath for a moment, then gently exhale.
- This simple motion causes your brain to calm down; which reduces stress. And, helps you to think more clearly.
