Motivated but Can’t Act?

Every time Earth completes its single revolution around the Sun and returns to the place where it started the journey, it is at that very spot that it gets energized. The reason for this is not some external intervention or a scientific one.

It’s because every living organism on the planet that identifies itself as human feels energized internally due to the emerging hope of a new start. The Earth harnesses that energy symbolically.

The only difference is that Earth continues its orbit around the Sun no matter what, while we lose that feeling of being energized, returning to our default state. This results in the loss of motivation and the inability to act, which in turn causes depression. Obviously, I myself have been guilty of this for the past years.

All those years, I really wanted to know the reason for this, but I wasn’t able to somehow reach any meaningful conclusion. But this year, after some reflection, I found out a possible reason for this state. Since I knew that we all go through this, I really wanted to share this for your familiarization in order to identify it, followed by a solution I found for it.
