I do this by sitting down, crisscrossing my legs, closing my eyes, and thinking about whatever I am currently thinking about.

Is this a reoccurring thought on my brain today?

Is this thought positive and productive or negative and unnecessary?

If it’s a negative thought, I dig deeper to uncover why I feel this way.
