Hello,

It might be good to take stock of how fast we are living our lives, not only for time management but also for quality of life :). When we are living our lives at breakneck speed, chasing success, we can miss the good things. And what we end up with may not make us happy. Suggestions such as not multitasking, eating slowly, taking slow walks, etc. can help us slow down. It can also be good for health. :) By slowing down, it may be possible to return to oneself and improve relationships. In this way, we begin to understand ourselves better.

Living fast, living life like driving at full speed, never taking our foot off the gas, can cause us to panic at many points. Panic prevents healthy decision-making. It is the enemy of quality of life and efficient use of time.
In the busy and fast pace of working life, stop breaks are recommended. 2-minute breaks support productive work and efficient use of time.
When we panic, our brain closes the frontal lobe where the information is located and forgetting occurs.
The goal here should be to take a short break and then speed up. Not a continuous slowness.
