How I’m Overcoming Imposter Syndrome At Not Having “Arrived”
The Power Of Changing The Story To Reshape Reality (Conscious Creation)
It’s easy to get sucked into imposter syndrome and feel like a liar.
Everyday we are marketed all sorts of things from people who claim to know the answers, to have discovered “the secret formula to X-Y-Zed” and if you’re not making it, you’re doing something wrong.
It’s easy to feel like all the hard work on improving yourself, healing old traumas and emotional wounds, and doing your best to serve others in this capacity is short-changed when you haven’t reached the summit that you see in your mind’s eye.
But that’s just a story.
And the more we tell ourselves this story, the more we crane our necks and hurt our hearts looking at others who seem to have it all figured out.
No one has it figured out. Not all the way.
What some have got going for them is a revamped self-concept that doesn’t tell them a story of losing.
I’m tired of telling myself a story of being an imposter, of not having what it takes to do what I know I was put here to do.
