In 2021, Rodrigo Carlos Santos, a striving creative secondary business school student, had a vision that would change the course of his life forever. He started developing experimental concepts for businesses and creators as a part-time freelancer, and despite facing challenges along the way, there was a continual belief that dedication and relentless creativity would lead him to his dream career, even giving him the urge to start a creative start-up company at only 16 years of age.

By early 2022, he had created his first design portfolio while also making a relentless effort to stay focused on his studies. His unyielding passion for ingenuity and innovation inspired him to keep pushing forward, and so he did. The following months, he had the opportunity to meet the founder of Diversity.org, Joshua Pierce, a social entrepreneur that partners with multi-billion-dollar corporate partners to help teach underrepresented students social and professional development skills, but the difference is what he learned that would pay a massive toll on developing the thing that could change design and give businesses and creators the voice into creating the next big product.

“There is no limit to creativity. Everyone has the potential to make the starting prototype into the final product. “

Rodrigo stated. Joshua Pierce leveraged his assorted years of experience to teach his core fundamental business principles and social methodologies, which helped him build his ethical non-profit (thediversity.org). "Even through disadvantage, he was bound to make the unreachable thing happen." As a result, Rodrigo’s drive became efficacious; he continued to go on to study alongside a selected group of students and creative professionals at the University of Arts London, where they would construct digital art and fashion solutions including creative practical design, as well as giving him access to more gifted talents within the art and design, fashion, and performing art campuses and a chance to showcase his skillset and later become one of the youngest featured creative art director, designer and engineer to introduce an out-of-the-box creative ability when designing brand advertisements and concepts.

Using Pinterest as inspiration for his ideas, Rodrigo Carlos Santos founded R0DDesigns, an archive freelance clothing design business at the time that would eventually become his primary focus company. At an early age, he was appointed Chief Executive at R0DDesigns in 2023, a creative management agency that helps businesses and entrepreneurs build and manage their companies with an environmental approach and now features in massive global brands such as Google, Meta Business, Product Hunt, and Behance.

To further market the company, he became a verified sound engineer and producer (ComicalPingo) on Spotify in partnership with LLoke (Jan Lucus Bryan Åkesson), a Swedish Award-winning Grammy-nominated music producer known for his unique features with over 30,000 monthly Spotify listeners, to pioneer new sampling musicals, compositions, and beats towards reaching new markets and increasing awareness.

His Instagram accounts generated him an organic initial of 92,000 leads with 1.9% advertising and nearly 2,000 followers by creating engineering and design-based content, and in that same month, he assuredly started an entertainment YouTube channel named R0DDvs that has a combined view count of 60,000 in the first three months of starting a new niche, racking up countless praise for his talents.

His story is a true resemblance of perseverance and the ability to try even when everything else fails, and the power of imagination can bring on the lives of others in any industry, no matter the circumstances.
