There will always be unsatisfactory things in life, and there will inevitably be sad moments. These worries are often caused by our inability to accept unsatisfactory results and bothering ourselves. Although some sadness is related to unsatisfactory things, more often it is caused by our inability to think about it. Accept dissatisfaction and learn to release it, and life will be easier and more enjoyable.

When a person cannot think clearly, he will feel pain and trouble, and sorrow will come unconsciously. But once he thinks about it, he will feel relaxed and comfortable, carefree, and his sorrow will disappear. This is perhaps the most important life lesson, allowing us to learn to think and take a positive view of life.

All the troubles you experience stem from your inner troubles. The inner knot leads to thousands of sorrows. This knot is a difficulty that everyone encounters. Sometimes, even if you want to untie it, it is difficult to grasp it.

Faced with inner struggles, we can only solve them on our own. Of course, we can provide ourselves with more positive ways of thinking through learning.
