I once heard someone say “if we’re not afraid to be wrong, we’ll actually be right more often.”
Teaching is not a skill that you either have or don’t have. It is not a skill that is stagnant, nor is it a skill that grows and approaches some maximum upper limit. Like learning, teaching is many things at different times and in different people. People build skills that develop more complexity with the passage of time and can be honed to the level of expertise by those with the natural ability (all of us), training, and experience(through great effort and dedication).
One thing is for sure education is a people-based system and we needs more educators. If you think so too then join the herd.
