Ask for a print book to be transferred to High Demand

This guide will show you how to request a highly used core or essential reading list print book to be transferred to High Demand loan status. Print books transferred to High Demand loan status will only be held in Main Library.

2. Submit your High Demand request

Follow these steps to submit your High Demand request.

  • Click on the print book you would like to transfer to High Demand loan status.
  • Click ‘Library Discussion’ on the right-hand side of the screen. A text box will appear below.
  • Enter your High Demand request to the Library in the text box (e.g. ‘Please place one copy on High Demand’)
  • Click ‘SUBMIT COMMENT’ to send your request to the Library.
