Tambuli ( tambli / tampu huli) is the traditional dish in our everyday meal. This curd- based flavored curry prepared with different spices and vegetables. It is served in the beginning of the meal and should be eaten with rice. Eating this tambli/ flavored curd is healthy and helps in digesting our rest of the meal.

In this recipe, I have used ginger/shunti as main flavor along with healthy curry leaves. Ginger is loaded with antioxidants and it is good for common cold and help to resolve respiratory problems. Ginger seems to aid digestion and saliva flow. So it helps to digest the food easily. Studies found that taking ginger could ease nausea and vomiting in some pregnant women. Anybody can prepare this easy ginger tambuli. within 10 minutes and is very very tasty. So I would say this is a must try recipe and I am sure you will love it.
