Watermelon-Ginger Juice
The perfect summer sip!
One of my favorite things about summer- Watermelon! I love eating it in cubes or in triangles. But most of the time, I love drinking it! It keeps me cool and hydrated.
Watermelon juice is great as-is, but the ginger, definitely gives an edge to its sweetness. Both watermelon and ginger are full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It’s high in vitamin C, vitamin A, and B vitamins. Therefore, it is an ideal drink for the whole family!! Kids gonna love this pink and tasty refreshing drink :-)
The best part is you don’t need a fancy juicer to make this watermelon juice! It’s easily made in a blender with just three ingredients.
Cube it…Blend it…And Drink it up…Enjoy!! 🥂
