Roi’s List App vs. Biggerpockets App
Every real estate forum or blog you visit will always mention of that one technology that seems to out-trend everything else. If there is one app that all real estate professionals must have the 2 most talked about is Roi’s List App and Biggerpockets App. It is time we compare what both can do and cannot do, which one is cost-effective and which one isnt?
1. Roi’s List — Less searching — More deals!
Roi’s List is an iOS and Android mobile application created by investors for investors. An intuitive app that does what it promise to do, a social networking platform for real estate investors.
Creators of Roi’s List says they created Roi’s List out of a need that we ourselves faced as investors. REIA meetings are great places to meet like-minded individuals to potentially do business with, however going to meetings can be time-consuming and, depending on your location, expensive to travel. Roi’s List connects you with other investors and professionals- right from your phone. Make better use of your time and supercharge your networking.
The App Store and Play Store may show a few hundred downloads, but that app is currently natively downloaded from other markets through a safe APK download and has now over 5000 installs across the United States. With a web platform that is free to use, roislistapp.com, it makes real estate social networking cost-effective. It has in-app purchases and minimal fees if you are really pushing for an important deal.

Closing deals has never been this simple!

2. Biggerpockets Mobile App
What Is It: Oh, you knew I was going to start with this one. The BiggerPockets App was just recently introduced, and while there are a lot of awesome updates that will be added over the coming months -it’s already one of the most popular methods people are using to network and learn on the site. Right now the app is only available on the iOS system — which means you need to have an Apple product to use it — but an Android app is being discussed for development in the future as well.
Why Investors Should Use It: The BiggerPockets App allows you to easily engage in the BiggerPockets Forums, asking or answering questions about real estate anytime- anyplace. For example, if you are out “Driving for Dollars” and you stumble across a vacant home with a large, nasty in-ground swimming pool in the front yard — you can easily search the forums for others who have dealt with swimming pools or you can start your own thread, asking about your options.
Or, you could also be siting on your couch, watching the latest episode of “Dancing with the Stars,” and be actively answering questions and sharing your real estate experiences with those who have questions. Networking doesn’t get much easier than that.
The downside of Biggerpockets:
With a few hundred reviews on Google play store. Biggerpockets members seems to lowly rate the app. Some claims that it does nothing for them and a waste of phone storage.
It cannot directly be compared to Roi’s List because it performs the other way. The content of the app are mostly the same forums and discussion on the site and blogs by members.
