Anaheim Angels Hall of Famer Garret Anderson’s $11mil Shady Canyon Estate

Teles Properties puts another feather in it’s celebrity cap, but this time around, it happens to be a baseball cap.

We’re listing Anaheim Angels Hall of Famer Garret Anderson’s Shady Canyon estate.

We know that celebrities love working with Teles. In the past, we’ve written about the time Teles worked with Regis Philbin. We’ve also written up our experiences with noted comedian and actor Tony Hale. And we’ve written about our work with Damon Wayans before as well.

We’ve also written about this very property before. Just this past Friday, in fact! And when a property is hot, it’s hot. Garret Anderson has been in the news this past month for just having been inducted into the MLB Hall Of Fame, earning his place as one of the best Angels to have ever played on the team. He’s famed in particular because his double was the winning hit in Game 7 of the 2002 World Series.

Recently, the OC Register ran a profile of Anderson’s palatial estate.

Their writeup hit on the details we mentioned in our own post, namely that the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom property is set on 1.27 acres in the private, Irvine golf course community. Built in 2009, the home includes a library, brick clad wine cellar, gym, theater, game room and a chef’s kitchen boasting a La Cornue range and Carrara marble.

A separate casita, swimming pool, spa and barbecue fill out the grounds, along with loggias, courtyards and fountains. Exterior spaces are adorned with succulents, rose gardens and bougainvilleas.

Take a look at our profile of the property and more pictures here.

A hearty Teles congratulations to Garret Anderson on his impressive continuing achievements!
