Teles Agents Heather Roy and Learka Bosnak In the Spotlight Again
The reps, the property and the Teles Agents were recently featured once again by Hot Properties. In a real estate roundup of news featuring other luminaries such as J Lo, Eric Garcetti and Alan Ball, Tony Hale’s home has a light shone upon it once again. This time, the Times describes the property, saying “The traditional-style home, built in 1937, has a “Leave It to Beaver” curb appeal. The symmetrical, wide front of the house is reached by a brick walkway that ends at a bright-yellow front door flanked by black shutters. Bay windows are positioned on both sides of the entry. Black shutters continue on the second-floor windows.”
“In addition to the living room with a fireplace, there’s a dining room, four bedrooms and three full bathrooms in the 2,226 square feet of living space. A laundry/mudroom has a doggy door that leads to a run.”
Located at 3458 Griffith Boulevard, the Traditional home is built to entertain, much like Tony Hale himself. And as passionate as he is about his work, Roy and Bosnak are much the same way about their work.
“I love my job,” says Heather, “I love putting people and property together.” “We help people make some of the biggest decisions of their lives,” adds Learka. “It’s exciting and it’s an honor.”
Hale bought the property in 2005 for $1.35 million, public records show. He is currently leasing it for $6950 monthly.
