Teles Agents Stephany Chen and Steven Dubin Sell a Slice of Moroccan Royalty
It’s not quite a castle, but this luxurious Beverly Hills home definitely had a royal connection.
The Mediterranean style home was owned by Moulay Souleimane Cherkaoui, son of Princess Lalla Malika of Morocco, and sold last in early February for $12.5 million to a family of Chinese real estate investors, as reported by trade magazine The Real Deal.
Cherkaoui and his wife, Hind Hrida, purchased the home in 2008 for $7.3 million, according to property records.
The 7,020-square-foot home located at 909 N Beverly Drive has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a newly remodeled kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry; Wolf, Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances; and a walk-in pantry.
The buyers were represented by Teles agents Stephany Chen and Steven Dubin.
