Why I Love Teles! -Cliff Cavenecia

It’s time for another installment in our continuing series “Why I Love Teles!” featuring profiles of our Teles agents. In these posts, we take a look at the agents who make Teles what it is, and they tell us why they love calling Teles home.

Today, we’re sitting down with Teles agent Cliff Cavenecia.

I’m a former broker and owner, I’ve succeeded and failed. I’ve owned three RE/Max franchises, the first Sotheby’s office in OC and an independent firm, so I know what it takes. I also know what is needed in terms of leadership and a cohesive management team with unity of direction and purpose. What I saw and verified existed at Teles were all of those components and a commitment to the ideal of an expansive culture, “Teles DNA”. Those things collectively are extremely rare in our industry, but they are Teles.

I love Teles because of the synergistic environment, the people, the solid operative infrastructure, and the technology platform that actually works. Teles is off the charts visionary but practical, with useful technology. Ideologies like “Cross-Marketing”, Teles “Buyer and Seller Match” break barriers. All of this, forward thinking and ahead of the curve implementation keeps me fresh and excited even after 42 years in the business.

Cliff explains, that in the past, he has been let down by other brokerages’ promises of supportive infrastructure, big ideas, new industry visions and great leaders. Cliff goes on to say, “Teles is the antithesis of that.
