It’s time for another installment in our continuing series “Why I Love Teles!” featuring profiles of our Teles agents. In these posts, we take a look at the agents who make Teles what it is, and they tell us why they love calling Teles home.

Today, we’re sitting down with Teles agent Robert Rodriguez.

I love Teles because they are the ‘Apple tech company’ of the real estate industry. The Teles yearly tech launch is only comparable to the annual iPhone unveiling. I’m already wondering what the team is planning for next year.

I love that the Teles leadership team understands that a real estate brokerage’s number one customer is the agent and they are building platforms that cater to us, which help us win more business like cross marketing and property matching. They motivate and educate us with the podcast, keep us ahead of the curve with the HUB, and our in-house graphic design team keeps our marketing looking fresh and relevant.

My favorite aspect of Teles and the biggest degree of separation from other brokers are the people and company culture. From the leadership to the management and support staff, there is always someone I can call for a particular problem or question. The positive values and attitudes of everyone I’ve encountered at Teles, especially other agents, is second to none. I feel like I’m part of a family all working towards the same goal — Teles Domination.

I joined Teles to enhance my business by selling more properties while increasing my average sales price. Cross marketing and the 48-hour listing launch are probably the two biggest features that help drive my business. Cross marketing allows me to send relevant listings to applicable lists in my database while branding myself in higher price points. The Teles proprietary listing launch saves me valuable time in getting my listing live on the MLS and simultaneously having it on all the top real estate search portals. I just added Boomtown and the HUB to my toolbox and can already see incremental differences in how I am connecting with past clients and future ones.
