Today, we’re sitting down with Teles agent Suzanne Wilson.

Besides real estate and travel, Suzanne has a passion for giving back to the local community, along with donating to organizations that have a special place in heart, like St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, CHOC Children’s Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Polaris.

We asked Suzanne what she loved about Teles, and she had plenty to say.

Why do you love Teles?

I love that Teles is a progressive, forward thinking, tech driven company, and I love being at a company where I am surrounded by like minded agents. We all have the same DNA as agents. Ethical, hard working, experienced, and live life with an abundance mindset.

What is your favorite aspect?

Everything is super seamless, which not only helps enhance my business, but it also saves me a lot of time and headaches. Long gone are the days of spending hours creating, ordering and waiting for marketing pieces. Here, marketing is all done online. I love that I can with a press of a button, order a marketing piece and it will be ready to go same day. I also love that Teles is set up to be like “concierge level service” for agents. The staff is excellent at all levels.

Why did you join?

I initially only joined, simply because I was transitioning my business from only working in Orange County, to moving to LA and working in LA. I wanted to be able to build my business in LA, while having the ability to still be able to work my business in OC. Teles had the perfect platform for this, with having a strong footprint in both the LA and OC luxury markets. I had no idea how awesome the company was, until I joined. Best career move I ever made.

What Teles features help you drive your business?

By far the marketing and technology platforms. Not only has these systems transformed my business from day one, but back in November, I gained several listings in Italy, simply because the client was so impressed with the marketing launch sequence, marketing pieces, custom property websites, and more, that they referred me more business. I have since used this international business to leverage more international listings all over the world, and have many more on the horizon. I wouldn’t have had this opportunity if it wasn’t for our marketing and technology platforms at Teles.

Anything else you want to add or people to know?

When I came to Teles, I was going through a transition phase, in life and in business. I had no set structure in my daily routines or how I managed my business. Coming to Teles was a major game changer. Teles helped me transform my business systems and practices, my daily habits, my mindset, and my overall skill set has increased 10 x’s more. Teles has not only trained me on how to be more effective at selling real estate, and how to better serve my clients, but has also taught me how to build wealth for myself so I can someday retire well and be debt free.
