Is it possible for men and people with penises to experience multiple orgasms?

I have it on good authority that the answer to this question is an aggressively enthusiastic “YES!” Not because I have a penis (I’m a cisgender woman), but because my partner does. And while some have insisted it’s not possible, he has displayed this little-known phenomenon time and time again.

After three years of sex with my partner (who identifies as gendervague and has a penis), I know that such a thing is not only possible — it’s also extremely pleasurable. For both of us. (Insert poorly controlled wink here — I was never great at winking).

But is it really possible? And, if so, can men learn how to have multiple orgasms with time, effort, and lots of (very pleasurable) practice?
