There’s a First Time for Everything.

When you reach your mid-thirties one would think there are very few firsts left in life. Almost two decades of adulthood gives you time to get a job, get married, or travel to far off lands. Yet, as I approached my 35th birthday, I was in the process of three ‘firsts’ at the same time. My wife and I were about to have our first baby together, we were selling a house for the first time, and it was my first time buying a house.

Life does not stop for these pivotal moments. The power bill still must be paid and your boss expects you to continue to show up to work. Talk about piling on the stress. My wife was amazing throughout the whole process. However, there was one person who kept everything moving smoothly, allowing us to focus on work, life, and a new baby. From our first meeting to the final closing, our REALTOR stood by our side. She transformed a daunting process into a memorable experience.

It is a Monumental Decision.

Buying a new house is not like choosing which pint of ice cream to bring home for movie night. At a minimum, the home buying process will take a couple of months, and for some it may take years.
