It’s time for our weekly report. Here are the status updates.

Themis Module

The Themis module is the first RealChain project that uses the “Smart Contract” functionality. This application records the original information of commodity goods and marks the creator institutions.

[This Week]

• Tested the RCT transfer interface, 80% completed.
• Tested asynchronous call the main network contract, 120/368.
• Tested the online data to chain process, Tested the set up the appraisal data storage architecture, 40% completed.
• Tested the performance of uploading the appraisal data

[Next Week]

• Continue testing on the RCT transfer interface.
• Continue testing the asynchronous call the main network contract, testing the abnormal cases.
• Completing the appraisal data storage architecture.

Forseti Module

TaoDangPu currently has records over 300 thousand commodity goods. For historic reasons, this data was recorded with multiple metadata schemas and saved as different media types. It would cost prohibitive to manually input into the data into system. The Forseti module will solve this issue by connecting the legacy system to the Blockchain Infrastructure..

[This Week]

• Modified kmeans clustering algorithms, built databases with real data, completed 80% testings.
• Continued testing on the character recognition in OCR framework, add testing cases.
• Completed data transfer interface for spectral data recognition.
• Begun optimizing the data storage, 30% completed.

[Next Week]

• Continue working on the kmeans clustering algorithms, dealing with abnormal items based on the clustering results.
• Continue optimizing the data storage.

Minerva module:

Only the metadata and SHA256 information from commodity information was saved on the blockchian of RealChain. In traditional IT system, real media data (regardless of being encrypted or not) is temporarily saved on media library system.

[This Week]

• Built the asynchronous writing of the data state into the log file, 40% completed.
• Begun testing on the segmentation plan for the large-size files and evaluating the built-back results.

[Next Week]

• Continue working on the async log module.
• Evaluate the built-back results regarding key information.

Marketing Collaboration:

• The Merkle posted “RealChain Brings the Ultimate Platform for Luxury Purchasing of the Future”.
• Collecting “likes” for trip to South Korea 2018 TOKENSKY Block Chain Conference has ended. Team members started auditing.
• Mr. Wang Yi, CEO of the TaoDangPu which is the first strategic partner in China of RealChain, was invited to the North America Block Chain Connect, actively searching for partners in the world.
• RealChain started hiring for its North America office, preparing for the entry into the North American market..

Note: Due to the patent and intellectual property protection requirements for the development of the smart hardware and AI system, this part of the research and development is closed source. Therefore, the content will not be updated until there is a breakthrough in the future.
