The world of NFTs gets Real.
Since we started Reality Cards, we’ve had one goal: to become one of the biggest NFT platforms worldwide.
Today, 15th September 2021, we are taking one step further to reach this goal by opening Reality Cards to everyone.
Every day we see a new NFT collection being created out of nowhere; on the other hand, our NFT collection is more real than ever.
What does this mean?
No more gates
Previously, users needed to complete an application form and get whitelisted to:
- deposit USDC
- renting NFTs
- accessing the unique opportunity to own our NFT Cards and, consequentially, owning a piece of history.
As we continue to witness that the demand to access our platform increases and the stability of our protocol improves, it was the right time to go one step further. Reality Cards can now be fully accessed by everyone, without jumping through any hoops.
Contracts frozen
As we’ve continued iterating on the contracts and resolving issues presented by our audits, the contracts behind the Reality Cards beta have changed many times- and each time, the NFT contract changes, preventing any Reality Cards forming part of a user’s permanent collection.
Following the successful resolution of no less than five audits, at a cost of over $200k, the smart contracts are now frozen. Any NFTs collected as part of the open beta will form part of the official Reality Cards collection.
The open beta is your chance to collect the very first Reality Cards that will ever exist.
So- this is a launch?
Not quite. We are retaining the beta flag, in order to maintain the freedom to respond quickly to any issues that may arise over the next few weeks, and to implement some final core features.
However, all going well, our formal launch is only weeks away!
Events
We are unveiling our open beta with three new events. Each event has been sponsored with $2,000, creating a $6,000 prize pool- and that’s just day 1!
We will be sponsoring events to the tune of at least $10,000 a month going forwards.
