The platform
Really Simple Store is an intentionally streamlined ecommerce platform.
Setting up a store is more like creating an Instagram account and less like… setting up an online store.
A store costs $5 per month, and the third party payment processor takes a standard transaction fee of ~3%.
The reason we exist is so people can sell things online without extra work and hassle.
The network
Really Simple Store is also an ecommerce network, based around a feature called “collaborative selling.”
Stores choose to add products to Really Simple Store’s private marketplace, and other stores can discover and directly sell those products.
The collaborative selling works because of a token economy behind the scenes, which means stores don’t lose money to commissions or wholesale rates.
