Players will have the option to open their virtual store within the game, such as a General store where they will be able to dictate their theme and choose what to sell to the public, a Potion store where they will be able to sell traditional tomes and create faction-specific quests, a Blacksmith store where players will be able to craft weapons and armor for war and hone their craft to the type of products they wish to prepare, and a Tavern store where players will be able to change the theme and atmosphere of the tavern, choose different soundtracks, live music (in-game voice), in-game soundboard, and even display NFT Art around the tavern. Tavern owners can create quests for drinking competitions, poker tournaments, and brawling contests. Additionally, players can own a Cartography Guild, allowing them to create custom maps.
Certificates & Phase 2
Players have the ability to choose from different phases of business ownership and can use their Valgarde Certificate to exchange for the type of business they desire. Players are airdropped certificates on genesis building (General Store, Potion Store, Cartography Guild, Blacksmith and Taverns) ownership.

Factions
Our faction identity cards will be a permanent way for our genesis holders to identify as members of a specific faction. In the future, the only way to join a faction will be through completing quests and interacting with each faction leader, who will have the discretion to accept or reject new members. This card will not only be an identifier but also provide utility for the faction members, such as participating in faction governance and having a say in decision-making through proposals. Factions are decentralized autonomous organizations that determine their functionality and future use cases.
Artefacts
The Artefacts of Karitha are highly sought-after collector’s items that give users significant benefits and prestige for owning them. Artefacts are obtained during rare, seasonal events-intending to serve as a digital badge of being an early supporter of the game, with on-chain verification.
Land
Land of Karitha is a collection of 10,000 unique in-game resources and features, all stored on the blockchain. Players can acquire the remaining land collection through the token sale or by dismantling the Valgarde Genesis business-. The distribution of land is random, ensuring fairness for all players. Land in the game will act as independent territories that users can decorate, build and conquer.
Houses
Houses are a permanent feature within the city and can be easily accessed by players with the owner’s permission. They’re similar to owning a house in the real world, but with added benefits. Players can use the housebuilder application to craft unique experiences and mini-games, decorate the interior, and display their own NFTs. They can also host game nights, group meetings, or virtual conferences and earn income through renting the property. Plus, it serves as a permanent spawn point when entering the metaverse.
Slime
The first companion to be introduced in Karitha will be a slime that will accompany your character. The companion will be able to participate in in-game pet battles, NFT staking, levelling up base stats, and providing unique benefits through their wings and accessories.
Avatars
In the realm, players can choose from a limited collection of generative profile pictures called “Avatars of the Realm” to represent their identity across the Realm DAPP and metaverse. These profile pictures will no longer be mintable after they are the last airdrop, and the remaining ones will be burnt, making them even more scarce and valuable. Possessing one of these profile pictures will be considered a symbol of prestige and exclusivity among players.
